Shipping Policy

Cookie Cravings cookies are baked fresh to order in weekly batches to ensure the best possible quality and freshness.

Weekly Preorders
Preorders open every Monday at 9:00 AM and close Thursday at 8:00 PM, or earlier if the weekly batch sells out.

Shipping Orders
Shipping orders are freshly baked and shipped on Monday following the preorder window.

We currently ship within the contiguous United States using UPS. Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground (select regional destinations), UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air Saver. We carefully limit available shipping methods to help minimize transit time and maintain product freshness.

Please note that carrier delays caused by weather, service disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Cookie Cravings' control may affect delivery timing.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in West Chester, Pennsylvania on Saturday and Sunday following the preorder window. Pickup details and the exact pickup location will be provided with your order information.

Freshness & Storage
Cookies are packaged for freshness during transit. For the best experience, enjoy them shortly after arrival or store them according to the care instructions included with your order.
